Export of Used Parts

We export a container of used parts from Kuki City, Saitama Prefecture, Japan to all over the world. Our destinations are spread to more than 20 countries, including USA, Russia, and New Zealand. The used parts, removed from ELVs (End-of-Life Vehicle), help those who drive Japanese cars in the globe.
Many of Japanese drivers stop driving their cars when the mileage has reached around 100,000km. But some on abroad maintain their cars to drive over 500,000km. For example, African drivers need to replace suspension parts due to bad road conditions there more frequently than in Japan. Russian buyers buy a lot of stud less tires from us because those stuff are quite necessary in winter season in Russia. These are typical example of how significant ELVs in Japan are for those who drive old Japanese cars outside Japan.
Recycling --- Processing raw materials into other products --- is good. However, reusing all available components as they are is more eco-friendly than recycling in terms of saving CO2 emission.
We would demonstrate how we are shipping a container of used parts.
Firstly, we spread blue sheets on the floor of a container.

Suspensions and drive shafts have a great demand in countries where road condition is bad.

The height of an ordinal container is 240cm, and that of high cubic type is 270cm. We load parts very closely to the ceiling of a container.

We, 3R Corporation, supply our clients in Japan with used parts which we judge are still functioning and/or useful. Our merchandising process is a bit long. We carefully extract parts from ELVs, clean and polish, inspect functionality and damage, and post quality information into our data base. We are dealing many kinds of parts except air-bag relating items. The price is more economical than genuine parts which are supplied by car manufacturers. You may be assured of good quality. Every used part is elaborately inspected by our staff who hold license as car mechanic and have a long period of career. In addition, we ship functional items with warranty that is line with the standard of the industry.

The price information is based on our research, and some may not be correct. In addition to used parts, we are able to supply "rebuilt parts", "genuine parts for imported cars", and "superior parts". Rebuilt parts are ones that are refurbished through replacing damaged components with new stuff, and are supplied with a certain warranty. The price is more expensive than that of used parts. The rebuilt part is ready for supply through an elaborate process such as breaking up and cleaning a part and/or replacing some components. Superior parts are ones that are marketed by vendors that supply parts to car makers as OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer). Typical examples are radiator, front wind shield, and so on.

Metal material

We, 3R Corporation,
  • take various kinds of metal from End-of-Life Vehicles through a dismantling process.
  • deliver the metal to shredding companies and/or electric furnace companies that are licensed by the authority to handle industrial waste. They will process our metal from End-of-live vehicles to a more reusable resource.
  • sort End-Life of Vehicle to various kind of metal to recycle all - not waste any resources. We would like to show you our typical metal processing:
We would like to show you our typical metal processing:

Aluminum

Aluminum is being used in automobile because of lightweight but is surprisingly strong. To make recycling highly efficiency, we remove iron, plastic, and copper by hand.

Copper

Many of the automotive parts run on electricity. In these pictures you see motor wire which includes copper. To make high-purity copper, we remove impurities by hand.

Rare metal

Rare metals, including the catalytic converter from the muffler and engine computer boards (gold coating). We can only get a small amount from each End-of-Life Vehicle, so we try hard to recycle in a proper way.

Iron

Iron is the primary metal to assemble automobiles. We remove the engine and chassis, and other copper harness from the ELV body, and then compress completely. After compressing we ship car bodies to shredding companies and/or electric furnace companies. The removed engines which cannot be reused are recycled to iron material and aluminum.
